100 usd setup fee is non refundable.
Free Trial is only for new customers with the payment of the set up fee.
This system is to be used for companies in the expediting and trucking industries for use in the day to day operations.
Eclipse - FMS is not responsible for paying drivers, dispatchers or customers.
Fee's for non payment are 15.00/usd per day of non payment "unless arrangements are made, these arrangements are at the sole discretion of Eclipse-fms Inc."
Failure to pay for this service within 10 business days will result in you system to be shut down.
Eclipse - FMS is not a trucking or expediting company therefore we do not fill out broker or carrier packets.
Discounted rates are at Eclipse-FMS Inc. discretion and are subject to change with or without notification to customer.
Products integrated into the system are not owned by Eclipse-FMS therefore if you wish to use these features you may do so at an additional cost paid to them.
